2-5 classes a week My classes are on average 60 minutes long. I recommend you to start with 2 classes a week for the first month, so your body can adjust to the practice before engaging in more classes.

The class structure:

The entire class structure is based on the fact that I stream 2-5 new classes every week from Monday to Friday, at 6 AM PST and 9 AM EST (10 AM BRT).. These classes are the ones that you should follow during your weekly practice routine.

My classes are about 60 minutes long. I recommend that you start with 2 Kaiut Yoga classes a week for the first month, so your body can adjust to the practice before engaging in more classes. Because of the effectiveness of this method, it’s common to experience new sensations in the body that have never been felt before. Mostly, these are very pleasant sensations that feel very right, but sometimes you can encounter deep physical or emotional trauma that has been neglected. Let me help guide you through these experiences so that we can create a practice that serves you best.

How is the content divided and how to start? Our content is divided between the categories below:

"Introduction to the Online School" is the category in which you will always find the first videos you should watch when entering my school: 1st "Welcome" 2nd "Intro to the Online School" 3rd "Equipment and adaptations" and then you should go to the "Start your class" category so you can start with the most recent class, following my instructions.

"Live classes" is the category in which the live class is set for pre-registration and where you can find the class when joining live.

"On demand classes" is the category in which the live-streamed classes are stored after the live is finished, here you will have a variety of classes divided by the main goal of each class. Ex: back pain, knee pain, neck pain and much more.

"Off the mat with Francisco' is the category in which you will find my newest teachings on yoga, health and longevity.

Modern lifestyle is a category designed for EVERYONE! The daily practitioner, modern yogi and newbie. The concept of this category is to help facilitate your practice routine. If you're in doubt about which category you fall into try taking the classes here in this section, if they work well for you stick with it.

The Excessive Flexibility section of classes will introduce you to the most fundamental work for bodies that are flexible but deal with pain and discomfort. You will learn more about your body, your challenges and how to overcome them!

The Excessive Rigidity section of classes will introduce you to fundamental and vital movements that will help you break down rigidity across your entire body and help you break free from rigidity related pain.

Neck, Shoulders & Hands - This category of hand picked classes has been put together specifically for those you have pain in their shoulders, neck or hands. These classes will get those areas moving and with the movement will come less pain and more function!

The Legs, Knees and Feet group of classes will introduce you to fundamental movements that improve the health, circulation and mobility of the legs, knees and feet.

The Back Pain & General Discomfort section is a group of 21 classes specifically designed to help relieve back pain and diminish general discomfort across the entire body.

1.WHERE DO I BEGIN?

At the "Begin your practice" category, follow the videos in this order: 1st "How to practice yoga?" 2nd "Equipment and adaptations" 3rd "weekly instructions" and then you should go into the weekly classes and start always with the newest class. ----------------------------------------------

2.WHAT IF I AM VERY RIGID?

The practice is for everyone, especially those who are rigid. When beginning the practice you may need to adapt the poses which is TOTALLY OK. The holistic approach to the whole body gives you the ability to access each and every rigid point in your body. With time the rigidity will begin to dissolve and help you create freedom and more mobility. ----------------------------------------------

3.WHAT IF I AM IN PAIN

Pain, for many of us, is part of our day to day lives. So during the practice it's important to respect your limits and learn to adapt. In every pose the goal is always relaxation, and in order to relax you need to find that sweet spot that is not painful. 5.HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE?

If you are beginning, I suggest 2 classes a week for about a month. After that month, you can start to increase the number of classes that you take throughout the week. As long as it feels good and you get good positive results you can take as many classes as you'd like. That's the beauty of the on demand classes: they are there for you to take any day and any time. ----------------------------------------------

7.WHAT DO I NEED TO PRACTICE?

Nothing! You don't need anything but yourself. If you have yoga equipment, you can use it, but if you don't, I will teach you to adapt the practice in your home with everyday items and furniture to serve as your yoga equipment. You can use a belt as a strap, a pillow as a bolster and your bed as your mat.

8.WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR?

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. You're practicing at home, so be cozy! ----------------------------------------------

9.WHERE SHOULD I PRACTICE?

I encourage an open practicing environment. There's no need to create an oasis of silence unless, of course, that's what you find most beneficial. Practice in a space that is comfortable, enjoyable and right for you. It can be your bedroom, living room or backyard. Everyone is different, so it's important that you find what works best for you. ----------------------------------------------

10.ARE THERE DIFFERENT LEVELS?

No! Kaiut Yoga is yoga for everyone, for all ages and all types of body. The practice is equally beneficial, therapeutic and effective for everyone, independent of levels or experience. Therefore, there's no need to create any type of separation with levels.
